Privacy

Plain version: we store only what we need to run your checks — your business name, address, phone, email — never your payment data (that's Stripe). You can export or delete everything at any time from your settings.

What we collect

• Business info you give us at signup (name, address, phone, website)
• Account info: your email and (optionally) phone for SMS notifications
• Audit-run history: scores, findings, and which fixes you marked done

What we never do

• Sell your data to third parties
• Store payment details (Stripe handles that)
• Track you across the web with cookies

Where data lives

All data is stored in the United States on Supabase (Postgres) and our infrastructure providers' US regions. Production scans are run via Bright Data (compliance-handled by them) and Azure OpenAI for analysis.

Your rights

Export everything we have on you: /settings/data. Delete your account and all data: same place. Email questions to privacy@localpicks.ai.
